  "text": "(1) Regulation 6(3) of the principal Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words “the Director may intervene at any time, and shall do so on the request of either party, in order to make a direction\" and the substitution of the words “ the Director may make a direction at any time, and shall do so on the request of either party ”.\n(2) Regulations 6(6) and (7) and 10(2) are amended by the deletion of the word “published\" and the substitution of the words “ made available ”.\n(3) Regulation 6(11) is amended by the substitution of the letter “ (e) ” for the letter “(f)\".",
