  "heading": "Publication of information by the Director",
  "text": "(1) The Director shall from time to time publish or ensure that there is published adequate and up-to-date information on interconnection in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part II of Schedule 3, regulation 6(2), regulation 7 and regulation 11(2).\n(2) The information referred to in paragraph (1) above shall be published in such a way as to provide easy access for users of that information; and the Director shall publish references to the publication of that information in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.\n(3) The Director shall ensure that up-to-date and specific information in accordance with regulation 3(2), regulation 12(1), paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 3, regulation 6(4), regulation 6(6), regulation 6(7) and regulation 10(2) is made available on request to interested parties, free of charge, during normal working hours. Reference shall be made by the Director in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes to the times and location at which the information is available.",
