  "text": "Other issues the coverage of which is to be encouraged in interconnection agreements—\n(a) description of interconnection services to be provided;\n(b) terms of payment, including billing procedures;\n(c) locations of the points of interconnection;\n(d) technical standards for interconnection;\n(e) interoperability tests;\n(f) measures to comply with essential requirements;\n(g) intellectual property rights;\n(h) definition and limitation of liability and indemnity;\n(i) definition of interconnection charges and their evolution over time;\n(j) dispute resolution procedure between parties before requesting national regulatory authority intervention;\n(k) duration and renegotiation of agreements;\n(l) procedures in the event of alterations being proposed to the network or service offerings of one of the parties;\n(m) achievement of equal access;\n(n) provision of facility sharing;\n(o) access to ancillary, supplementary and advanced services;\n(p) traffic/network management;\n(q) maintenance and quality of interconnection services;\n(r) confidentiality of non-public parts of the agreement;\n(s) training of staff.",
