  "text": "In this Schedule:\n(a) “Group\" means a Parent Undertaking and its subsidiary undertaking or undertakings within the meaning of section 258 of the Companies Act 1985 as substituted by section 21 of the Companies Act 1989; and “Llicensee’s Group\" means a Group in respect of which the Licensee is either a Parent Undertaking or a subsidiary undertaking; and\n(b) “Parent Undertaking\" has the same meaning as in section 258 of the Companies Act 1985 as substituted by section 21 of the Companies Act 1989.",
