# The Telecommunications (Licence Modification) (Mobile Data Operator Licences) Regulations 2000, Paragraph 2: Connection authorisation


Subject to paragraph 1, this Licence authorises the connection to the Applicable Systems of:
(a) any telecommunication system run under a Licence;
(b) any telecommunication system run by the Crown;
(c) telecommunication apparatus of every description which is comprised in a telecommunication system mentioned in paragraphs 2(a) and 2(b); and
(d) any hearing aid.
