  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 to these Regulations shall have effect for the purposes of providing for the presentation of the information required to be published in accordance with regulation 9(1) of these Regulations and Condition LLD3 of the Leased Lines Directive Conditions.\n(2) For the purposes of the 1984 Act, the modifications made by regulation 5 of these Regulations shall have effect as if they were made under section 12 of that Act by the Director.",
