# The Telecommunications (Open Network Provision and Leased Lines) Regulations 1997, Regulation 7: Application of licence conditions in respect of tariffing principles and cost accounting


The Director may determine that Condition LLD9 of the Leased Lines Directive Conditions shall not apply in a specific geographical area where the Director is satisfied that there is effective competition in the relevant private circuit market as evidenced by tariffs that already comply with those requirements.
