  "text": "The registers shall be open to public inspection—\n(a) between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on all days except:—\nSaturdays;\nSundays;\nChristmas Day;\nMaundy Thursday;\nGood Friday;\nbank holidays; and\nthe Friday before the last Monday in May; and\n(b) between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on Maundy Thursday.",
