# Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021, Section 5: General duty of OFCOM to ensure compliance with security duties

After section 105L of the Communications Act 2003 insert—
General duty of OFCOM to ensure compliance with security duties
105M OFCOM must seek to ensure that providers of public electronic communications networks and public electronic communications services comply with the duties imposed on them by or under sections 105A to 105D, 105J and 105K.
