This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1992/2423 and of errors and defects in S.I. 1994/3129 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Statutory Instruments.

The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972^f1 in relation to measures relating to the approval of telecommunications terminal equipment^f2 and satellite earth station equipment^f3, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said section 2(2) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
