in paragraph (a) for “this Part” there is substituted “sections 99, 100 and 101”.

in paragraph (b)—
(i)
in sub-paragraph (i), after “section 101(1)” there is inserted “or section 101B(1)”; and
(ii)
in sub-paragraph (ii), after “section 101(1)” there is inserted “or section 101B(1)”.
