# The Television Multiplex Services (Renewal of Multiplex Licences) Order 2021, Article 3: Modifications of the 1996 Act


Part 1 of the 1996 Act (digital terrestrial television broadcasting) has effect in relation to—
(a) the Multiplex A licence,
(b) the Multiplex B licence,
(c) the Multiplex C licence,
(d) the Multiplex D licence, and
(e) the Multiplex 2 licence,
with the modifications set out in the Schedule.
