# The Telford Railfreight Terminal (Donnington) Order 2005, Article 11: Ways to be provided or reconstructed


The Council may, in connection with the construction of the authorised works, provide each of the ways mentioned in Part 1 of Schedule 4 to this Order and reconstruct each of the ways mentioned in Part 2 of that Schedule.
