# Tenant Fees Act 2019, Paragraph 10


(1) A payment to the British Broadcasting Corporation in respect of a television licence is a permitted payment if the tenancy agreement requires the payment to be made.
(2) In this Act “television licence” means a licence for the purposes of section 363 of the Communications Act 2003.
