  "text": "(1) This Act extends to England and Wales only, subject to subsection (2).\n(2) The following provisions extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland—\n(a) section 6(6);\n(b) section 7(4);\n(c) section 26(10);\n(d) section 30(12);\n(e) section 31;\n(f) this section;\n(g) section 34;\n(h) section 35.",
