# The Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004 (Prescribed Risks) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004 (Prescribed Risks) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st May 2007.
