  "text": "In section 33 (majority etc. variation and discharge of community burdens)—\n(a) in subsection (1)(b), the words “where no such provision is made,” shall be omitted; and\n(b) in subsection (2)(a), at the beginning there shall be inserted “ where no such provision as is mentioned in subsection (1)(a) above is made, ”.",
