# Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004, Paragraph 12


In section 43 (rural housing burdens)—
(a) in subsection (1), after “burden” where it first occurs there shall be inserted “ over rural land ”; and
(b) in subsection (6), for “on rural land or to provide rural” there shall be substituted “ or ”.
