# Territorial Sea Act 1987, Paragraph 2


For the definition of “foreign sector of the continental shelf” in section1(4) of the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971 there shall be substituted the following definition—
““foreign sector of the continental shelf” means an area within which rights are exercisable with respect to the sea bed and subsoil and their natural resources by a country or territory outside the United Kingdom;”.
