  "text": "TERRITORIAL SEA\nMade 21st October 1998\nComing into force 15th November 1998\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 21st day of October 1998\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(1)(b) of the Territorial Sea Act 1987 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
