Article 2 Amendments to the Terrorism Act 2000

The Terrorism Act 2000 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 7 (port and border controls), in the table (designated ports: Great Britain), under the heading “Seaports”–

(a)

after the entry for “Holyhead” insert “Loch Ryan”;

(b)

omit the entry for “Stranraer”.
