  "long_title": "This Order makes provision for the purpose of enabling the enforcement in the United Kingdom of certain types of order made by a court in a designated country or territory. The types of order in question are orders which provide for the forfeiture of terrorist property (“external forfeiture orders”), or orders which make provision prohibiting dealing with property which is subject to an external forfeiture order or in respect of which such an order could be made in proceedings which have been or are to be instituted in the designated country or territory (an external restraint order). Parts II, III and IV of this Order make provision in respect of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland respectively.",
