  "text": "TERRORISM\nMade 11th December 2001\nComing into force 13th December 2001\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 11th day of December 2001\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by paragraphs 14, 28 and 44 of Schedule 4 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
