Prevention And Suppression Of Terrorism

Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(3)(a) of the Terrorism Act 2000^f1.

The Secretary of State believes that the organisations to be added to Schedule 2 to that Act by article 2 of this Order are concerned in terrorism.

In accordance with section 123(4)(a) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
