Prevention And Suppression Of Terrorism

Coming into force 26th November 2021
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(3)(c) of the Terrorism Act 2000f1.
The Secretary of State believes that Harakat al Muqawama al-Islamiyya (Hamas) is concerned in terrorismf2.
In accordance with section 123(4) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
