  "text": "Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 shall be amended by adding at the end of the note to the Schedule the words:\n“The entry for Jemaah Islamiyah refers to the organisation using that name that is based in south-east Asia, members of which were arrested by the Singapore authorities in December 2001 in connection with a plot to attack US and other Western targets in Singapore.”.",
