  "text": "PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM\nMade 31st October 2002\nComing into force 1st November 2002\nWhereas the Secretary of State believes that the organisations set out in article 2 of the following Order are concerned in terrorism;\nAnd whereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(3)(a) and (c) of the Terrorism Act 2000, hereby makes the following Order:",
