  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order adds the organisations mentioned in article 2 to the list of proscribed organisations in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000. Article 3 adds a note to Schedule 2 providing that the fourth organisation listed is the organisation of that name that is based in south-east Asia, members of which were arrested by the Singapore authorities in December 2001 in connection with a plot to attack US and other Western targets in Singapore.",
