Coming into force in accordance with article 1

This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 3(3)(b) of the Terrorism Act 2000^f1.

In accordance with section 123(4)(a) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

Accordingly, the Secretary of State makes the following Order—
