# The Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 2: Proscribed organisations


In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations), after the entry for Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan insert the following entry –
“Indian Mujahideen”.
