Article 2 Proscribed organisations

In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations)f1, after the entry for Ansarul Muslimina Fi Biladis Sudan (Vanguard for the protection of Muslims in Black Africa) (Ansaru) insert the following entries—

  • “Jama’atu Ahli Sunna Lidda Awati Wal Jihad (Boko Haram)

  • Minbar Ansar Deen (Ansar Al Sharia UK)”.
