Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(3)(b) of the Terrorism Act 2000f1.
In accordance with section 123(4)(a) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
