# The Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.
