# The Terrorism Act 2000 (Video recording of interviews)Order 2000, Article 2


Any interview by a constable of a person detained under Schedule 7 to or section 41 of the 2000 Act which takes place in Northern Ireland in a police station (within the meaning of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 8 to the 2000 Act) shall be video recorded.
