# The Terrorism Act 2000 (Video recording of interviews)Order 2000, Article 4


The interviews and video recording referred to in Article 2 above shall be conducted in accordance with the code of practice made by the Secretary of State under paragraphs 3(4)(a) and 4(4) of Schedule 8 to the 2000 Act.
