# Terrorism Act 2000, Paragraph 4


The Secretary of State may by order provide for a provision to which paragraph 1 applies—
(a) to cease to have effect on a specified day;
(b) to cease to be capable of being the subject of an order under section 62(3) of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996.
