  "text": "(1) A person commits an offence if he—\n(a) knowingly fails to comply with a requirement imposed under paragraph 4, or\n(b) wilfully obstructs, or seeks to frustrate, a search of premises under this Schedule.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under this paragraph shall be liable—\n(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, to a fine or to both, or\n(b) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to both.",
