  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under paragraph 2 or 3 shall be liable—\n(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, to a fine or to both, or\n(b) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to both.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under paragraph 4 is liable on summary conviction to—\n(a) imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months,\n(b) a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or\n(c) both.",
