# Terrorism Act 2000, Paragraph 29

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In this Part of this Schedule—
“forfeiture order” means an order made by a court in Northern Ireland under section 23 or 23A, and
“forfeited property” means the money or other property to which a forfeiture order applies.
“ relevant offence ” means—
(a)an offence under any of sections 15 to 18, or
(b)an offence to which section 23A applies.
