  "text": "(1) A person commits an offence if he contravenes a restraint order.\n(2) It is a defence for a person charged with an offence under this paragraph to prove that he had a reasonable excuse for the contravention.\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under this paragraph shall be liable—\n(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years, to a fine or to both, or\n(b) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both.\n(4) Nothing in this paragraph shall be taken to prejudice any power of the High Court to deal with the contravention of a restraint order as a contempt of court.",
