  "text": "In this Part—\n(a) “excluded material” has the meaning given by section 11 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984,\n(b) “items subject to legal privilege” has the meaning given by section 10 of that Act, and\n(c) “special procedure material” has the meaning given by section 14 of that Act;\nand material is “excepted material” if it falls within any of paragraphs (a) to (c).",
