  "text": "(1) The following shall cease to have effect—\n(a) the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989, and\n(b) the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996.\n(2) Schedule 1 (which preserves certain provisions of the 1996 Act, in some cases with amendment, for a transitional period) shall have effect.",
