  "heading": "Disclosures to the National Crime Agency",
  "text": "(1) Where a disclosure is made under a provision of this Part to a constable, the constable must disclose it in full as soon as practicable after it has been made to a National Crime Agency officer authorised for the purposes of that provision by the Director General of that Agency.\n(2) Where a disclosure is made under section 21 (cooperation with police) to a constable, the constable must disclose it in full as soon as practicable after it has been made to a National Crime Agency officer authorised for the purposes of this subsection by the Director General of that Agency.",
