# Terrorism Act 2006, Paragraph 9


An offence under any of the following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11)—
(a) section 15 (terrorist fund-raising);
(b) section 16 (use or possession of terrorist funds);
(c) section 17 (funding arrangements for terrorism);
(d) section 18 (money laundering of terrorist funds).
