  "text": "(1) In section 57(4)(a) of the Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11) (10 years maximum imprisonment for possession for terrorist purposes), for “10 years” substitute “ 15 years ”.\n(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to offences committed before the commencement of this section.",
