# The Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 2001, Article 11: Functions of the Treasury


The Treasury may, to such extent and subject to such restrictions and conditions as they may think proper, delegate or authorise the delegation of any of their powers under this Order to any person, or class or description of persons, approved by them; and references in this Order to the Treasury shall be construed accordingly.
