Article 3 Designated persons

(1)

For the purposes of this Order a person is a designated person if —

(a)

he is identified in the Council Decision, or

(b)

he is identified in a direction.

(2)

In this Part “direction” (other than in articles 4(2)(d) and 5(3)(c)) means a direction given by the Treasury under article 4(1).
