# The Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (Guernsey) Order 2011, Article 2: Interpretation


(1) In this Order—
(a) “the 2010 Act” means the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010; and
(b) “Guernsey” means the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
(2) The provisions of the Interpretation Act 1978 apply to this Order.
