  "heading": "Extension of Part 1 of the 2010 Act to Guernsey",
  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2) and the modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order, the provisions of Part 1 (Terrorist Asset-Freezing) of the 2010 Act extend to Guernsey.\n(2) The following provisions of Part 1 are not extended to Guernsey—\n(a) section 28 (appeals and reviews: supplementary);\n(b) section 29 (initial exercise of powers to make rules of court);\n(c) section 30 (Treasury report on operation of Part 1);\n(d) section 31 (independent review of operation of Part 1);\n(e) section 36 (time limit for proceedings for summary offences);\n(f) section 37 (consent to prosecution);\n(g) section 38 (procedure for offences by unincorporated bodies);\n(h) section 44 (Crown application);\n(i) section 46 (transitional provisions and savings); and\n(j) section 47 (power to repeal Part).",
