Regulation 4 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 5(2) of the principal Regulations (provision of information on the result of tests), for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph:–

“(b)

a summary of the results of those tests is provided to the school board of that school, where it is possible to do so without identifying the results of any individual pupil.”.
